I wouldn’t quite call that a small cave, but ya it would be pretty interesting. 300k though, damn you would be putting alot of cash into that. Then again, who can say they live in a cave? o.O

Think of the maintenance cost, minimal if any. Then the enviromental conservation, great I think. Finally the cooling/heating potential. Friggin Genious
